Role & Responsibilities

• Product Owner for Integrations module of iFlight
• Collaborate closely with the Implementation Architects to understand the customer integration landscape and changes required in product
• Translate roadmap into manageable product backlog and detail the processes – collaborating with product management, development, delivery, customers, etc.
• Responsible, through your squad, for the delivery of new features, enhancements, initiatives with ultimate authority on what will be included in each sprint
• Own the technical/solution design of the Integration module of iFlight
• Own NFR aspects of the Integration module of iFlight
• Responsible to ensure prompt support for production issues considering that iFlight Integration is Tier 0 category.
• Review, approve and help design all product improvement suggestions raised by product management, engineering, delivery & support teams
• Prepare & own detailed requirements, epics, user stories and prototypes
• Assist with backlog grooming, story refining, splitting, merging and removal
• Prioritize the backlog and support release planning and sprint planning exercises, based on business and customer impact
• Work with engineering team to prepare and refine estimations
• Work with Scrum masters to identify/ manage impediments, risks, and issues. Take appropriate action to resolve or escalate
• Setup regular defect triages to promote early defect diagnosis and resolution
• Accept completed work as ‘done’ with validation from customers/ product managers
• Own product readiness activities such as product documentation 

Technical Qualifications

• Excellent technical skills with hands on working style
• Good communication skills with high emotional intelligence to help steer customers towards positive outcomes
• A bias to action – takes initiative, performs tasks without being directed, sees problems, and solves them without being asked
• Awareness of latest trends in Integration APIs and customer relationship management domain
