Job Description
- To lead and co-ordinate requirement elicitation
- Identify core and augmented features for the proposed products
- Analyse the operational procedures and processes within the client institution and also investigate work practices in related units/ agencies
- Demonstrate and present the business solutions to the client
- Analyses user requirements and help project team in generating system requirements
- Work closely to translate requirements into a design, identifying and assisting trade-off decisions where required
- Responsible for the quality and completeness of the System Use Cases, User Interface Specifications and other requirements related documents of the system.
- Co-ordinate the preparation of User Manuals, Training material and material for on-line Help and support user training.
- Conduct training and workshops to ensure the transfer of product know-how to the sales force.
Requirements
- Experience in Airline Domain
- Requirement elicitation & documentation skills
- Demonstrate and present the business solutions to the client
- Requirement Analyses and help project team in generating system requirements
