Job Role:  Scrum Master

Location: Bangalore

Skills Required:

• 8+ years of work experience in agile project/product delivery
• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
• Exposure to tools utilized in an agile development environment such as Atlassian, Jira and Confluence etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience generating metrics and reports
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills

Desired Skills:

• CSM or any relevant Agile certification
• Experience in Healthcare domain
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Schedule and facilitate all scrum ceremonies.
• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
• Generate and analyze metrics to monitor and improve the team’s velocity, software quality and efficiency.
• Encourage self-organization and empowerment of the Team
• Assist the Product Owner with backlog maintenance and grooming.
• Provide training for new members and refresher sessions for existing teams.
• Enact change & continuous improvement to increase the productivity and efficiency of the team and quality of deliverables.
• Identify, track and report right agile metrics that provide insights as to how the team is doing and how it can improve
• Foster a culture of collaboration within the team, promoting team building and ensuring team engagement
