Responsibilities:
- Handling walk-in telephonic queries
- Meet with potential applicants individually to asses and counsel the from scratch till visa application.
- Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
- Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
- Able to convert an aspiring candidates into a prospective lead.
- Maintain the accurate and latest database
- Following up with candidates by calls and emails.
