Keep Records of interaction and transaction of customers, keeping records of details of customer complaints, inquiries and comments
Follow up customers and their complaints ensuring that customers requests are atteded to accordingly
Identify tasks critical to keeping customers satisfaction levels in check
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
