Qualifications & Educational Requirements

1. B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MSc in CSE/IT/related disciplines
2. 0-2 years of relevant industry experience
3. Experience in Web application development

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Implement highly scalable web-based enterprise applications using Java technologies
2. Analyze and design complex features built as increments to existing products
3. Collaborate closely with platform and UI engineers for end to end design of the features
4. Evaluate, investigate, and tune/optimize the performance of the application
5. Develop and support of key features and functions throughout its life cycle, from conception to support and enhancement
6. Resolve Customer Incidents and Support Viewpoint Engineering team

Required Skills:

1. Advanced programming skills in core Java, Hibernate/MyBatis
2. Experience debugging and troubleshooting in concurrent, complex, clustered environments having huge data
3. Experience with J2EE technologies and Spring framework
4. Experience in using JavaScript and related frameworks (JQuery/Backbone/React)
5. Effective communication and presentation skills

skills that added advantage:

1. Experience with memory analysis and JVM tuning
2. Experience with Relational databases – Teradata, Postgres
3. Experience working with Microservices architecture and Docker
4. Use of tools such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory in a CI/CD environment
