Job Description:
- Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for Customer Service Associate (Work from Office) – Pune.
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
- Shift Timing: 24/7.
- Age: 18 to 30 Years.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10+2 (6 months Exp) / Diploma / Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Fresher)
- Fresher and Experience both can apply.
- Mandatory Language: English, Hindi and Marathi.
Salary:
- 180000 Lac PA 13200 (in hand).
- 2k Stipend in 25 Days of training.
