Our techs have good experience in leading industry vendor such as Connectwise, Solarwinds, Datto, Kaseya, Manage Engine, Splunk etc. We help our customers with NOC, SOC , Helpdesk, RMM management, IT Project Services and also with Software Development.
The services that we offer are purely white-label, where our techs will work as a remote employee, using your email, ticketing system, RMM and documentation system to support your customers. With our help you can reduce your staffing cost upto 60%.
We sign Non-disclosure agreement with each customer and will not share any business information to any third-party or other existing customers.
Job Role: Internship system administration.
3 Month's internship with Employment opportunity.
Requirement:
MS Office, Active directory, Desktop support.
MCSE/MCSA/Redhat preferred
Education: Bachelor's/Diploma in computers(2019-2020 passouts)
